    • The Dermagran®B Hydrophilic Wound Dressing (2″ x 2″, SPD-20) is a sterile, advanced wound dressing impregnated with a unique zinc-nutrient formulation. It is designed to provide a moist, mildly acidic environment, which is highly conducive to wound healing. This dressing also contains a balanced pH technology along with essential vitamins (A and B6) and minerals (calcium and magnesium) that play crucial roles in tissue repair. It serves as either a primary cover or filler for a range of chronic and acute wounds.

      Nutrient-Enriched Formula: Contains zinc, vitamins A, B6, calcium, and magnesium to support wound healing.

      pH-Balanced Healing Environment: Creates a moist, mildly acidic environment to facilitate the natural healing process.
